The Rose Garden(#304RLJ)
The Rose Garden is a rather large clearing formed by the intersection 
of two wide avenues of grass, one running North-south, the other, east-
west. The grassy clearing is bordered on all sides by a wide band of 
roses interspersed with large evergreens for shade. A number of benches 
and picnic tables are scattered around the periphery, and some 
brilliant soul has thought to drag in a large bulletin board, now 
stationed before some of the bordering flora.

Cubbi is an eight year old gummi bear with pink fur and red nose. He is
wearing yellow and red striped shirt and a blue hat with red feather
Carrying: Gummadoon staff, and Wooden sword

Darwin smiles to you when he notices you looking at him, and waves a happy
hello to you!  He's a cheetah, obvious considering his slender form,
athletic, long legs, and tawny, coarse fur coat, speckled all over with
round black spots.  Black 'tear stripes' start from the corner of his deep,
amber eyes down the sides of his nose, disappearing under his muzzle.
 Small, rounded ears twitch, catching the sounds of his environment.  His
tee-shirt is white with an airbrushed painting of the movie poster for Star
Wars: The Phantom Menace.  His faded blue denim shorts look well worn; a
hole in back gives his long, slinky tail the freedom to twitch and flick
about as it wishes. His feet are unshoed, feverently disliking the
confining sensation of canvas and rubber.

You chitter, "Hi there! All packed for the return move? ;)"
Darwin says, "Return move? :)"
You give Cubbi an acorn!
You chitter, "Yeah, we moved to this server temporarily and are moving back
 on Saturday, right?"
You cheetah Darwin!  
Darwin says, "Ooooh!  *chuckles*  I just got here, most of my stuff is
 conveniently unpacked yet. :)"
Darwin says, "Ahem, is conveniently packed yet. :)"
Cubbi says, "Hi Waydy!"
Waydya checks the hug verb list .No gummibear verb. Duh. She picks the
 nearest equivalent (?).

Waydya giggles.
Cubbi nosebeeps you!  
Darwin smiles to you when he notices you looking at him, and waves a happy
Waydya eeps!

Darwin grins and fluffies the headruff of both of ya! :)

Waydya chitters.
Waydya pulls a large felt tip pen (loaded with fur dye) out of her fur and
 starts playing "join the dots" with Darwin's spots!
Darwin eeps, giggling.  "What kinda shapes n figures you finding in the
 spots?"
Waydya finishes the first outline and steps back for a better view. Eeep!
 A furby!
Darwin yipes!!!!  "That's scary!  I hope you don't fine a teletubby in
 there..."
Cubbi blinks, "What's a furby?"
Waydya decides to quit while she's ahead (barely). She recaps the pen and
 vanishes it back in her fur.
Waydya laughs at Cubbi. "You don't want to know. Trust me..."
Cubbi follows the pen with his eyes, "You got pockets there?"
Darwin giggles, looking at the furby.  "Um...is that stuff water soluable?

Waydya grins. "That is, as they say, for me to know and for you to find
 out!"
Darwin says, "ut oh. :)"
Darwin says, "Can I see that pen for a moment? :)"
Cubbi tugs on Darwin's tail, "What's a furby?"
Darwin says, "It's a electronic doll covered with fur which responds to
 you...It sings, sleeps, and gets hungry.  Sort of like a plush tamagouchi.
 :)"
Waydya looks at her white fur, ponders a moment and shakes her head.
Darwin grins.
